From Worry to Clean Air
Our Mold Testing & Remediation Services
A calm, three-part path to healthy indoor air: understand the problem, restore your home, and protect it for the long run.
Step One: Understand
Air Quality Testing & Inspection
You can't fix what you can't see. We start with laboratory-grade air sampling and thermal imaging to find exactly where moisture lives in your home, including behind walls and under finished floors. No drilling, no demolition.
- Spore-trap and micro-vacuum air sampling sent to an accredited lab
- Thermal imaging and moisture mapping to locate hidden damp
- A plain-English report you can actually read and act on
Step Two: Restore
Specialized Remediation
When something does need attention, we treat your home like a sanctuary, not a job site. Containment, HEPA filtration, and careful removal restore healthy air while protecting the finishes and history you love.
- Sealed containment that keeps the rest of your home clean
- HEPA air scrubbing and source removal, not surface masking
- Post-remediation verification so you know the work held
Step Three: Protect
Prevention & Monitoring
Clean air shouldn't be a one-time event. We help you balance humidity, ventilation, and airflow so the conditions mold needs never come back, season after Michigan season.
- Humidity and ventilation guidance tailored to your home
- ERV/HRV and HVAC airflow recommendations
- Optional seasonal check-ins for lasting peace of mind

Request a ConsultationFrequently Asked Questions
Do I need mold testing if I can't see any mold? +
Often, yes. Most problem moisture lives where you can't see it, behind walls, under flooring, or inside HVAC systems. A musty smell, recent water intrusion, or unexplained allergy symptoms are all reasons to test even when nothing is visible.
Will testing or remediation damage my home? +
Our testing is non-destructive. We use air sampling and thermal imaging rather than cutting into walls. If remediation is needed, we use sealed containment and careful removal to protect your finishes, plaster, and historic details.
How long does the process take? +
An initial testing visit usually takes one to two hours, with lab results back in a few business days. Remediation timelines depend on the size of the area, but we give you a clear schedule before any work begins.
Which areas do you serve? +
We serve affluent communities across Metro Detroit, including Birmingham, Bloomfield Hills, Grosse Pointe, Rochester Hills, Auburn Hills, St. Clair Shores, and the historic Boston Edison district.
